Abstract

Skin care routine is a process of skin hygienic. The skin hygiene process is different based on the skin type. There are four major of skin types that has been identify which are oily, dry, normal and combination. Sensitive skin is not considered because some of reactions based on allergy to the food, product and chemical. The skin care routine can be classify based on daily and weekly. The daily routine can be classified into morning, afternoon and night. While the weekly routine is treatment and relaxing routine. Each routine need to use the product that can be nature or chemical. For each product use should suitable with skin type. Some ingredient inside the product can give bad impact to the skin if the ingredient is not suitable with the skin type. Skin reaction can be occurred that can cause disaster to the user. In order to identify skin type the need knowledge about skin is crucial to public user. they need to understand the symptom for each skin type. At the same time they need to have knowledge about suitable ngrediate that suitbal for their skin in order to be used clean the skin. This paper has propose a solution for public user to indetify their skin and apply correct product with correct routine based on symptom and maximum value. The testing has been done for two types of audience; public user and dermatology expert. prototype has been developed and tested. The result from public audience shows that 85% of correspondent agree the functionality provided, and 90% in average said by using the system increase their knowledge about the skin types.  Mean while the feedback from dematology expert show that 99% rules that has been used is acceptable that can produce different type of skin. However, the skin routine tips only 35% is accepted. Thus for future work, the feedback that provide by the dermatology expert will be considered to enhance the features of this skin care support system..
